1. Free Proof Requests
- Proofs are complimentary and non-refundable once requested.
- We will create and deliver a proof within 48 business hours.
- You may request one revision.
2. Payment & Approval
- Payment ($97) is required only after you approve your proof.
- Do not pay until your proof is approved and you're ready to move forward.
3. Custom Work is Final Sale
- Custom orders cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged after payment.
- By approving a proof and paying, you accept the final product and release all claims.
4. Accuracy of Information
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.
5. Intellectual Property
- You grant us the right to use your approved proof and finished topper in our marketing (with your permission via email).
- You own the right to your topper once delivered.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Top Tier Toppers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price ($97).
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept the updated terms.
