Here's what happens after you approve your proof and pay — from our printer to your table.
Production Time
- Finished toppers ship 10–14 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Method
- We ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping is included in the $97 price. No extra fees.
Tracking
- We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery
- Once your topper is in the carrier's hands, we're not responsible for carrier delays — but we'll always help you file a claim.
Damaged or Lost Orders
- Email icing@toptiertoppers.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for damage details.
