Free Proof Requests
- Complimentary proofs are non-refundable. Once you request a free proof, you cannot get a refund or credit.
After Payment ($97)
- Custom orders are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or returns after payment is accepted.
- Your proof must be approved before payment. Once approved and paid, the order cannot be cancelled.
Damage or Defects
- If your finished topper arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will reprint and reship at no cost.
